Sources: Kellen Moore to Lions

NFL, NFL Draft, Detroit Lions, Cincinnati Bengals, Kansas City Chiefs, Houston Texans

Former Boise State quarterback Kellen Moore has agreed to terms with the Detroit Lions as a rookie free agent after college football's all-time winning quarterback went undrafted on Saturday, sources told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen.

The Cincinnati Bengals reached an agreement with undrafted Arizona State linebacker Vontaze Burfict, a source told ESPN's John Clayton. Off-the-field issues affected his draft status.

During Burfict's pro day, Bengals coach Marvin Lewis had a long conversation with him and the two remained in contact. The Bengals didn't use any of their 10 draft picks on a linebacker this week, and they remain thin at that position.

Burfict would compete with Dan Skuta to be the top backup to middle linebacker Rey Maualuga. He recorded 228 tackles (22.5 for loss), seven sacks and four forced fumbles in three seasons at Arizona State.

Former Houston quarterback Case Keenum told Fox 26 Sports in Houston that he will join the Texans.

Agent Richard Burnoski told ESPN's Josina Anderson that Florida State defensive back Terrance Parks signed a three-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Information from ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen, ESPN senior NFL writer John Clayton and ESPN.com's Jamison Hensley contributed to this report.
