Big-name defenders shuffling

With draft day a little more than a week away the final board is taking shape, and a few prospects are making late pushes into the first-round area.

A fast-rising outside linebacker and impressive safety prospect make their debuts this week in my ranking of the top 32 overall prospects, while a high-upside receiver is back on the list after a brief hiatus. To make room, Nebraska OLB Lavonte David, USC DE Nick Perry and Wisconsin G Peter Konz have dropped out.

Other defensive prospects are also jumping up the board, with the No. 2 inside linebacker in the class now in the top 15 and an explosive defensive tackle rising 10 spots into the top 25.

Meanwhile, two big names at defensive end are sliding, while another end continues to create buzz and moves to the edge of the top 15.

Here's how the entire top 32 shakes out; juniors and third-year sophomores are noted with an asterisk.
