AFC West remaining team needs

NFL, NFL Draft, Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Chargers, Oakland Raiders

With NFL free agency slowing down, teams are in the middle of setting their draft boards for the 2012 NFL draft. No team filled all of its roster holes in free agency, so where are the areas of weakness for each roster heading into the draft?

Here are the top six needs for every NFL team leading into the draft, broken up by division. The AFC will be released on Thursday, while the NFC comes out on Friday.

Kansas City Chiefs

Top needs:
1. Left tackle: Right now their best offensive lineman is LT Branden Albert, but his best position is probably guard, where the Chiefs have some holes. They did sign UFA Eric Winston from Houston to replace struggling Barry Richardson at RT. If they could draft an LT and move Albert inside, it would strengthen two positions.

2. Nose tackle: Kelly Gregg is gone and the Chiefs need to get bigger and more physical inside. They like Jerrell Powe, but he is unproven. Kansas City needs a penetrating run-stuffer who can dominate the point of attack.
