Vice president of football operations Vinny Cerrato has been the mouthpiece of the organization behind Snyder, but he is a football guy. However, this could be a challenging year for Cerrato and his front office because there is a feeling that Snyder's patience could be waning. Director of player personnel Scott Campbell sets the board and he has a draft voice, but the coaches – including head coach Jim Zorn -- do not have a lot of impact into personnel decision.
