NEW YORK -- Cavallo Pazzo extended his winning streak to
three Wednesday in the $47,000 featured allowance at Aqueduct.
Cavallo Pazzo, ridden by Cornelio Velasquez for trainer Anthony
Dutrow, rolled to a three-length victory and paid $7.30, $5.20 and
$3.70. The 3-year-old gelding ran the 6½ furlongs in 1:16.45 on the
good track.
Mr. Umphrey set the pace and held second, returning $6.80 and
$5.30. Oden's Tale, the longest shot in the field at 21-1, paid
$6.30 for show.
