TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to contracts with four more draft picks, leaving second-round offensive linemen Donovan Smith and Ali Marpet as the team's only unsigned rookies. Fourth-round linebacker Kwon Alexander, fifth-round receiver Kenny Bell, sixth-round receiver Kaelin Clay and seventh-round running back/fullback Joey Iosefa agreed to deals on Tuesday. No. 1 overall pick Jameis Winston signed a four-year, $23.35 million contract less than 24 hours after being selected in the draft. The Bucs also announced safety D.J.
