Steelers look for depth, sleepers in final day of draft

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers still have plenty of items on their shopping list heading into the final day of the NFL draft.

A tight end, some more help in the secondary and along the defensive line are likely to be addressed when the fourth round starts. Pittsburgh grabbed linebacker Bud Dupree in the first round on Thursday and added cornerback Senquez Golson in the second round and wide receiver Sammie Coates in the third round on Friday.

Pittsburgh will be searching for a tight end to possibly become an eventual heir to veteran Heath Miller. The Steelers also need more depth at cornerback.

Pittsburgh has had success in the late rounds in recent years. All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown was a sixth-round pick in 2010.
