Top draft needs for all 32 NFL teams

NFL, NFL Draft

Every team will have to balance their draft boards with team needs when making selections in the 2015 NFL draft, and there's no question that in many cases teams will choose to take the highest-ranked prospect on their board, without necessarily having a weakness at that position. But we've seen teams influenced every year by their biggest positions of need in deciding which players to pick.

That will be no different this year, so what are each team's biggest needs? We went five-deep on every team, looking at the most critical positions each team needs to address with their 2015 draft class.

Here are the biggest draft needs for all 32 NFL teams:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Top needs: QB, OT, DE, MLB, G

The Bucs are in need of a franchise quarterback, and will almost certainly draft one with the No. 1 overall pick -- most likely Florida State's Jameis Winston, the top-ranked player on my board. They'll next need to turn their attention to providing him with better pass protection, as the offensive line was a mess in 2014. Starting left tackle Anthony Collins was cut this offseason, and they need better performances out of nearly every position along the line. Tampa Bay cut big-money 2014 free-agent signing Michael Johnson this offseason after he was a massive disappointment, leaving a void at defensive end in Lovie Smith and Leslie Frazier's 4-3 scheme. They need to add a starter there, preferably one who can get after the quarterback, in addition to hopefully adding players at middle linebacker and strong safety who can compete for starting jobs.
