NFL draft prospects on the rise

Many of the players who ranked at or near the top of our preseason 2015 NFL draft board are still there, including Oregon QB Marcus Mariota, Nebraska pass-rusher Randy Gregory and USC D-lineman Leonard Williams.

But we've also seen some guys come from out of nowhere to get themselves into the discussion for Day 1 and Day 2 picks. Here are the six players who have made the biggest moves up the board since the start of the 2014 college football season.

1. Kevin White, WR, West Virginia Mountaineers

White went from being a mid-round prospect in the preseason to the No. 2 wide receiver on our board behind Alabama's Amari Cooper. He's a late-riser in part because this is just his second full season at West Virginia, having transferred from Lackawana College in January 2013. He is just shy of 6-foot-3, 211 pounds with mid-4.4 speed, and while he is a little tight in his movement skills and will need time to develop more as a route-runner, he has natural instincts when it comes to separating when the ball is in the air.
