CLEVELAND -- Already missing one Pro Bowler on offense, the Browns lost a second Sunday.
Tight end Jordan Cameron suffered a concussion in the first half of Sunday's 23-13 win over the Oakland Raiders.
Cameron, who was slowed by a shoulder injury earlier this season, made a diving catch over the middle in the second quarter before he was struck by Raiders safety Brandian Ross. Cameron held on for a 21-yard gain and Ross was given a personal foul for hitting a defenseless receiver.
Cameron stayed in a seated position on the field before walking to the bench under his own power. He was then escorted to Cleveland's locker room for further evaluation. At the start of the second half, the Browns announced Cameron will not return.
Cleveland was playing its second game without Pro Bowl center Alex Mack, who is done for the season after breaking his leg against Pittsburgh. Nick McDonald started at center with John Greco, who moved from right guard last week against Jacksonville, sliding back to his normal spot.
Browns coach Mike Pettine said losing Cameron was a big blow. Cameron had three catches for 40 yards before getting hurt.
"We felt like he was going to be a big part of this plan," said Pettine, adding Cameron will follow the normal NFL protocol for a head injury.
Cameron came into the game with just 10 catches after finishing with 80 last season.
Also, Browns defensive back K'Waun Williams went out with a neck injury. He recently returned from a concussion.
Defensive lineman John Hughes suffered an unspecified knee injury late in the game. Pettine said Hughes will have an MRI on Monday.
Raiders backup cornerback Chimdi Chekwa left with a hamstring injury.
