Every Player To Catch A TD Pass From Manning (1:06)

Peyton Manning passed Brett Favre on the NFL's all-time touchdown list. Here's every player who caught a TD pass from him. (1:06)

DENVER -- History, apparently, fits quite nicely in a carry-on bag.

The football that Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning tossed to Demaryius Thomas on Sunday night for an 8-yard touchdown that gave Manning his record 509th career scoring pass will be on display at the Pro Football Hall of Fame by 4 p.m. ET or so on Monday.

At least that's Joe Horrigan's plan. Horrigan, the Hall's longtime vice president of communications/exhibits, had the football tightly secured in a blue travel bag -- complete with a drawstring fully cinched -- as he left Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

"My plane lands a little after 3, I hope to have it displayed by 4," Horrigan said. "It will be with some of his other things that we already have."

The ball will go into an exhibit entitled "Pro Football Today," with, among other things, the uniform Manning wore last season when he won his record fifth MVP award.

Thomas caught another touchdown pass later in Sunday night's game -- a 40-yard catch-and-run effort -- that was Manning's 510th career scoring pass, and Thomas is determined to keep that one for himself.

"I know he didn't get 509," Broncos tight end Jacob Tamme said. "They took that one, so Demaryius was hanging on to 510 big-time. After this we'll probably hang on to them. Every one Peyton throws now is a new record."
