Eagles post video of Eli Manning

NFL, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants

Apparently, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning should be afraid to go into Philadelphia on Sunday night. Very, very afraid.

On Friday, the Eagles posted a 1-minute, 23-second video on their Twitter account which shows a boyish-sounding, cartoon version of the two-time Super Bowl MVP getting frightened by ghostly Philadelphia defensive players.

In the mocking video, Manning confidently struts into Lincoln Financial Field and declares: "Ah, yeah! 'Little' Eli's in the house! What's up, Philly? You want some of this? I don't think you heard me!"

But the lights go out, and Manning becomes scared.

"We're coming for you, Eli. We're coming to get you, Eli," the ghosts of Eagles players Bennie Logan, Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, Beau Allen, Cedric Thornton and Malcolm Jenkins tell Manning.

Manning tries to run away screaming, but ends up with his No. 10 jersey over his head and his underwear hanging out.

"This is horrible!" Manning says, crying. "I can't see a thing! Somebody please, fix my underwear! I'm so scared! Every single time with these Eagles! Get me out of Philadelphia!"

The Eagles, who are wearing all-black uniforms, are billing the game as #BlackSunday.

Manning is 6-3 as a starter at Lincoln Financial Field in his career with 16 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

Earlier in the week, the Eagles posted another video narrated by Bradley Cooper in which the actor mocks the Big Apple by imitating a New York accent.

"This is more than a midseason matchup," Cooper said. "This is a street fight. Broad Street versus Wall Street. White collar against no collar.

"This is a tale of two cities, New York and Philly. I promise you, there is no Brotherly Love lost between us and the Big Apple's big talkers with their, 'Youse a bunch of cheesesteak-eating, Liberty Bell-cracking, museum-steps-running ... Yeah, yeah, yeah."

"You want to know the best way to shut a loudmouth up?" Cooper asks. "It's to shut it for them."

The bitter NFC East rivals have traded trash talk in the week leading up to the game.

A photo surfaced on Twitter of Giants corners Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Prince Amukamara standing with die-hard Giants fan "License Plate Guy" and his Eagles "0" Super Bowl championships jersey. Jason Pierre-Paul then said that the Eagles (4-1), "could have easily been 0-4."

Eagles center Jason Kelce responded on WIP Sports Radio in Philadelphia on Friday: "I don't think Jason Pierre-Paul is smart enough to come up with that statement on his own. I think he's the type of guy that just reiterates what his coaches have been telling him. So, I'm a little worried about Tom Coughlin's math, because I feel like maybe that's where it was screwed up. Maybe it was just relayed to him."

The Giants (3-2) trail the Eagles and Dallas Cowboys (4-1) by a game in the division standings.
