Bradley Roby charged with OVI

Former Ohio State cornerback Bradley Roby is facing a charge of operating a vehicle impaired, according to WBNS-10TV in Columbus, Ohio.

The report states the incident took place April 20 when officers were called to the scene of a person passed out behind the wheel of a car. The officers reported they couldn't get the driver's attention and that when they opened the door, they noticed the odor of alcohol. The driver then failed a field sobriety test.

Roby left Ohio State following his junior season and is projected to go 24th overall in Mel Kiper's latest mock draft. Kiper also ranked Roby as the fourth-best cornerback available. He is one of 30 players who will attend the NFL draft May 8.

Roby was suspended for the first game this past season after being accused of getting in a bar fight. Criminal charges in that case were eventually dismissed.
