SCOREBOARD

Sunday, Jan. 5

San Diego at Cincinnati, 1:05 p.m. The Chargers (9-7) won four in a row to get into the playoffs, and did it with the help of a missed field goal and an officiating error during an overtime win against Kansas City last Sunday. The Bengals (11-5) are looking for their first playoff win since the 1990 season, which would end the seventh-longest streak of postseason futility in NFL history.

---

San Francisco at Green Bay, 4:40 p.m. This is expected to be one of the chilliest playoff matchups in NFL history between the 49ers (12-4) and Packers (8-7-1) at Lambeau Field, where the National Weather Service forecast called for a high temperature of 2 degrees, with north-northwest winds making it feel more like minus-15 to minus-20.
