-Peyton Manning, Broncos, finished 32 for 51 for 400 yards and four touchdown passes in Denver's 37-13 win over Houston. Manning has 51 touchdown passes and passed Tom Brady (50 in 2007) for the most in a single season in NFL history. Manning is the first player to pass for 5,000 yards and 50 touchdowns in the same season. Manning has 5,211 yards passing and is the fifth player to throw for at least 5,000 yards in a season. He joins Drew Brees (three times), Hall of Famer Dan Marino, Brady and Matthew Stafford.
-Andy Dalton, Bengals, was 27 for 38 for 366 yards and four touchdown passes in Cincinnati's 42-14 win over Minnesota.
-Nick Foles, Eagles, was 21 for 25 for 230 yards and two touchdown passes in Philadelphia's 54-11 win over Chicago.

-Luke Kuechly and Greg Hardy, Panthers. Kuechly had 24 tackles and an interception and Hardy three sacks in Carolina's 17-13 win over New Orleans. Since tackles became a recognized stat in 1994, Kuechly's 24 are tied for the most in a game (New York Jets' David Harris, Nov. 4, 2007). Kuechly is the first player since Tampa Bay's Derrick Brooks (Sept. 30, 2001) to make at least 20 tackles and an interception in the same game.
-Tavon Wilson and Chandler Jones, Patriots. Wilson returned an interception 74 yards for a touchdown and Jones recovered a fumble in the end zone in New England's 41-7 win over Baltimore.
-Brandon Boykin and Trent Cole, Eagles. Boykin returned an interception 54 yards for a touchdown and Cole had three sacks in Philadelphia's 54-11 win over Chicago.
-Cortez Allen, Steelers, returned an interception 40 yards for a touchdown in Pittsburgh's 38-31 win over Green Bay.
-Will Hill, Giants, returned an interception 38 yards for a touchdown in New York's 23-20 overtime over Detroit.
-Vincent Rey, Bengals, returned an interception 25 yards for a touchdown in Cincinnati's 42-14 victory over Minnesota.

POSTSEASON BOUND
All four division winners in the AFC have been determined. The Denver Broncos, who defeated Houston 37-13, clinched the AFC West and a first-round bye. The New England Patriots, who defeated Baltimore 41-7, clinched the AFC East. The Cincinnati Bengals, who beat Minnesota 42-14, clinched the AFC North. The Indianapolis Colts, who defeated Kansas City 23-7, had already clinched the AFC South entering Week 16.
In the NFC, the Carolina Panthers defeated New Orleans 17-13 and clinched a playoff berth. The Panthers join the Seattle Seahawks, who had already clinched a postseason berth, in the NFC playoffs field.

The Chicago Bears missed a chance to seal a playoff spot with a 54-11 loss at Philadelphia on Sunday night. Now, they'll host Green Bay next Sunday -- the winner takes the NFC North, the loser is done. Several hours later, in the last game of the regular season, the Dallas Cowboys will host the Philadelphia Eagles. The Sunday night showdown decides who wins the NFC East and who goes home.

Tom Brady led the Patriots to a 41-7 win at Baltimore as New England clinched the AFC East. Brady has led his team to 11 division titles, the most by a starting quarterback in NFL history. Denver's Peyton Manning, whose Broncos clinched the AFC West, has led his team to 10 division titles. Brady and Manning are the only two starting quarterbacks in NFL history to win at least 10 division titles. ... Andy Dalton has led the Bengals to the playoffs in his first three seasons. Pat Haden of the Rams, Dan Marino of the Dolphins, Bernie Kosar of the Browns and Joe Flacco of the Ravens are the other four QBs to accomplish the feat. ... Indianapolis quarterback Andrew Luck passed for 241 yards and a touchdown in the Colts' 23-7 win at Kansas City. In his second season, Luck has 21 wins and tied Marino for the third-most victories by a starting quarterback in his first two NFL seasons during the Super Bowl era. SIDELINED
Carolina top receiver Steve Smith, Denver star linebacker Von Miller and St. Louis left tackle Jake Long all were forced to leave games because of knee injuries. Also, Detroit cornerback Bill Bentley was being evaluated for a head injury after a frightening collision. He was able to walk off the field with some assistance.
Long was carted off the field after hurting his right knee on the Rams' first offensive series in a 23-13 win over Tampa Bay. Coach Jeff Fisher said he thought Long tore a ligament, adding, "We are anticipating the worst."
Smith was injured in the first quarter and tried to return in the second period but couldn't run on it. He's set for an MRI on Monday.
Miller left in the first quarter of a 37-13 win over Houston that clinched the AFC West for the Broncos. There was no update on his injury after the game.
