Nov 8: With Garrett Hartley inactive for Sunday's game against Carolina, Carney will once again handle the Saints' kicking duties. Carney continues to hold on to the job and even when Hartley is healthy, the veteran kicker does not appear in any imminent danger of losing his current gig kicking in the Saints' potent offense.
