Nov 22: Coach Jeff Fisher continued to be noncommittal on Saturday whether Harper (broken forearm) will be back on Monday night, the Tennessean reports. When Harper does return, he will be wearing a protective brace to protect his forearm that has a plate in it for healing purposes.
