This was pathetic, put me down for 10k on Aaron Rodgers, what is that like,10 bucks compared to the 10 million these guys are making, why can't they play football anyways as hard as they can and just tackle people when they are suppost too

Parcells would have to restart the FIVE YEAR clock on being eligible for HOF votes . . he got smacked first go around by vengeful payback is sweet sports writers - he's not going to wait years before he trys to get it again! He crippled the Dolphins - those writers will always block him.

If Parcells doesn't coach one more year, and a year that is the presidential-summer Olympics year, he doesn't belong in the hall of fame because of immorality. He needs to coach one more year and the 2012 cycle type of year is perfect for he'd fulfill three mitzvot (plural for mitzva) if he coaches this year.

Let's be real. Even at the peak of this so-called bounty system, the Saints' defense sucked. The only thing they have going for them is that their offense can, for the most part, score more points than the defense can give up. Even if Goodell BANNED the entire defense (won't happen), and the team was forced to replace them with college wash outs, the team is still going to win a lot of games.

Also, I am sick and tired of everyone calling Brees the best QB in the NFL. How many SB appearances has he been in? One. How many SB appearances has the REAL best QB in the NFL just appeared in alone? Five. I think yall know who he is, if not, stop watching the NFL.

why not? ;) at least they didn't pay to hit!

Sure they did. there isn't a defensive player in the NFL that isn't paid to go out and hit guys as hard as he humanly can. The only difference is that in the Saints' case, the other players tacked on beer money.

Doesn't matter who "coaches" the New Orleans franchise this year, they will just lose on the road in the playoffs anyway, IF they are that lucky to even make it in.

I would think it would almost HAVE to be before the draft. Adolf Goodell would be SERIOUSLY hurting us if he waited until after.

They should bring in someone like Mike McCarthy, or Jeff Schwartz, or even Mike Tomlin. They would turn the ship around and be a long-term comitment, get rid of Sean Payton he might find a job as defensive coordinator for the Browns or something

Mike McCarthy would never leave green bay to coach the sunk ship called the saints. what would be the benefit for him? he is already at arguably the most historic NFL franchise of all time and one of the best run organizations in all of sports. he won a Super Bowl and has ten year with the team!! plus at green bay he has the number 1 QB in the game, yes i am talking about 2011 Super Bowl MVP and 2012 regular season MVP Aaron Rodgers
