Tren'Davian Dickson latest Baylor defection, transferring to Houston

Baylor freshman receiver Tren'Davian Dickson plans to transfer to Houston, he confirmed to ESPN on Saturday.

Dickson, an ESPN 300 recruit who had enrolled at Baylor in January, was granted permission to pursue a transfer earlier this month. He visited Houston and Oregon before reaching his decision.

Dickson is the latest defection for Baylor's No. 17-ranked 2016 recruiting class. Fellow wide receiver recruit Devin Duvernay, the Bears' top-rated signee, will enroll at TCU or Texas after learning the national letter of intent he signed with Baylor was invalid.

Junior college transfers Jeremy Faulk and B.J. Autry were recently dismissed from the team, and juco signee DeQuinton Osborne reportedly intends to enroll at Oklahoma State. Seven other Baylor signees have requested their release from their NLIs.

As a junior at Navasota (Texas) High School, Dickson set a national single-season record with 39 touchdown catches. He'll have to sit out the 2016 season as a transfer.
