The best quarterbacks in college football for the 2015 season fit many molds. There are established veterans who put the NFL on hold and decided to come back to school. There are stat monsters who have won the grade sheets and fantasy boards with their huge numbers. And there are some incredible talents who will take over the reins at their school for the first time. But brace yourself: Something tells me that my initial top 10 quarterbacks list is going to take as many turns as the season itself, so expect plenty of movement from week to week.
Please note that I am evaluating these players based on their performance and skill set in relation to the college game -- this is not the same as deciding who will be the best NFL prospect or player.
