Source: Matt Campbell gets new deal

Matt Campbell has agreed to a new contract with Toledo through the 2020 season, a source told ESPN on Monday.

Reports said the school will make the deal official later Monday.

The 35-year-old Campbell, who had been under contract through 2017, has gone 25-13 since taking over for the 2011 Military Bowl.

The Rockets went 8-4 this season -- 7-1 in the MAC -- and will play Arkansas State in the GoDaddy Bowl on Jan. 4.
