QB Keenan Reynolds OK to return

College Football, Navy Midshipmen

Navy starting quarterback Keenan Reynolds, who didn't play last week, is expected to return Saturday against Rutgers, a school spokesperson said Sunday.

Reynolds injured his knee two weeks ago and did not play in Saturday's victory at Texas State. The junior is expected back for the Midshipmen's home game with the Scarlet Knights.

He had started in 23 consecutive games for Navy until missing last week's game.

Last year, Reynolds rushed for 31 touchdowns, the most in NCAA history for a quarterback.
