GREELEY, Colo. -- Tromaine Dennis ran for 222 yards and two touchdowns and Northern Colorado held on to beat North Dakota 28-27 Saturday in the season finale for both teams.

Seth Lobato's 23-yard touchdown pass to Sawyere Monson, with Dave Eden's extra point, with 4:16 to play in the third quarter held up as the game-winning points for the Bears (5-6, 4-4 Big Sky). Lobato was 20 for 35 for 210 yards. Northern Colorado won four of its last five.

Braden Hanson threw for 382 yards and three touchdowns for North Dakota(5-6, 3-5), completing its first season in the Big Sky Conference. He was 34 for 48 and threw three interceptions -- two in the fourth quarter.

Greg Hardin had eight catches for 109 yards for UND.
