Arrests were made but the arrest was not the suspect. They arrested a 18 year old and 41 year old for giving false info the police. Apparently they tried to lie to get the 15k.

This is really sad, I see alot of these college football players getting into problems they never would have had if they hadn't hung out with the wrong people, I'm not saying they shouldn't have been at the party but you should choose your friends carefully, especially when you are in the position these guys were in. Bottom line is, if he is the shooter, he is fully to blame for the actions he took. I doubt the guys who got shot grabbed his hand and shot themselves with his gun. Getting into an argument and even a fight is one thing. It displays bad enough judgement. But when you make the decision to take actions that result in injury or death to others, then that was your fault for making the decision to use that kind of force.
