Hmm. Michigan has been humiliated by Michigan State for four straight seasons (soon to be five). The Paul Bunyan Trophy is essentially retired in East Lansing. It seems to me that U-M should be worrying about keeping their players out of jail, since currently two of them are undergoing criminal proceedings --- Josh Furman and Marvin Robinson. Note this is not an indictment against the UM program per se - all major programs face such challenges. It is simply proof that UM is no different --- and by the numbers alone actually somewhat worse ... than many other big-time football programs.

I love how MSU thinks they are a powerhouse football team now. First they finally got a streak going against us after we hit rock bottom 4 years ago and beat three of literally the WORST teams in 132 years of Michigan football, and I use Michigan football loosely from 2008-2010. And then they make fun of us for beating a down OSU team this year when they themselves brag about it even though non of the suspended players were on the field that day and the OSU team they beat in Columbus was the same team that almost lost to Toledo. Face it, MSU prides themselves on beating high caliber teams when they're down. Kudos, sparty.

In the Dantonio era, MSU has won one bowl game, shared one Big 10 title, been blown out three times by Ohio State, twice by Penn State and beat a bunch of wimp teams while getting blown out twice by Nebraska, blown out by Alabama, getting blown out by Notre Dame. Go bcak and look at how weak MSU's non conference schedule has been. Florida Atlantic and some teams I have never heard of.

In the ESPN telecast MSU versus michigan last year, they mentioned the CURRENT streak FOURTEEN times!!! They mentioned the all time series ONCE, before kickoff, in a table of stuff that also had the current streak. Weird how the unbiased seem to put so much more credence on the current streak than the biased um fans...

This year. We snapped a much needed 7 year slide. OSU is a bigger priority to us. AND if OSU played like they did against us in Ann Arbor they would have had a better record and their tattoo players were able to play, something MSU lucked out on. Let's not forget they beat Wisconsin, the team MSU fans say we ''Avoided''.

Fact - Furman was suspended right after his arrest from all football related activities. It did not take Coach Hoke time to find this out and act, he acted swift and is doing what is legally correct in following innocent until proven guilty play through the court system. Since no innocent person has ever been arrested I hope you think this is OK (sarcasm dripping). And Michigan loves to forget that a significant majority of the games were at UM since they would not come to MSU to play for a long time. If you want to talk about the story though, Hoke is right to suspend him from team activities until he works this out, and then once a ruling is made he should make a decision including a way for him to earn his way back on the team if Hoke sees fit.
