Insider Men's College Basketball, Maryland Terrapins, Connecticut Huskies, Louisville Cardinals, Gonzaga Bulldogs, Creighton Bluejays, Villanova Wildcats, Memphis Tigers, Wichita State Shockers, Illinois Fighting Illini, Dayton Flyers, Arizona Wildcats, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, NC State Wolfpack, Syracuse Orange, Auburn Tigers, Alabama Crimson Tide, Oregon Ducks, St John's Red Storm, USC Trojans, Xavier Musketeers, Texas A&M Aggies

There will be a few more transfers that pop, but for the most part the carousel has churned on the market this season.

Here are the top 25 players who decided (or were forced) to change schools and where they wound up.

1. Rasheed Sulaimon*, 6-foot-5, SG, Senior, Duke to Maryland

The reason for Sulaimon's departure from Duke is still somewhat unclear, but he will head to College Park and play for Mark Turgeon -- who recruited the Texan when he was coaching at Texas A&M. Sulaimon only averaged 7.5 points per game as a junior, but he put up 11.6 as a freshman and shot better than 40 percent from beyond the arc each of his final two seasons under Mike Krzyzewski. He could be the missing piece for a Maryland team that will be ranked by some as the Preseason No. 1 team in the country, and he's eligible immediately as a grad transfer.
