Isaiah Taylor to return to Texas for junior season

Texas point guard Isaiah Taylor announced Saturday that he will return to school for his junior season.

Taylor averaged 13.1 points and 4.6 assists per game in a season in which he missed significant time due to a broken wrist suffered in November.

He was considered a likely early second-round pick by multiple NBA executives.

Taylor will play for new Longhorns coach Shaka Smart, who is replacing Rick Barnes.
