Five star shooting guard Antonio Blakeney has informed ESPN Recruiting Nation that he has decided to reopen his recruiting after committing to Louisville back on Sept. 4.
"I made a quick and emotional decision based on some of the wrong reasons," Blakeney said. "I really loved my visit and everything about Louisville and I am still strongly considering them."
"His family is behind him 100 percent," said coach Steve Reece.
As far as who else Blakeney will consider, he plans on thinking about it before releasing a new list, "I will see where things are at with the other schools because I have not talked with any one since I committed. I will release a list of schools in a few days."
Before selecting the Cardinals, Blakeney's list included Florida State, Kentucky, LSU, Missouri, Oregon and USC.
