Saturday's best ATS bets

Each week during the college basketball season, I will offer my picks and predicted final scores for the biggest games on Saturday as well as some mid-major matchups. This way, when the lines are released Friday evening, you'll have at least one Vegas pro's opinion as to what the final scores might look like.

Here's a look at six key matchups this Saturday: Duke-Syracuse, Ohio State-Wisconsin, Kentucky-Missouri, Baylor-Oklahoma State, SMU-Memphis and BYU-Saint Mary's.

No. 17 Duke Blue Devils at No. 2 Syracuse Orange

I'm not going to stand in front of Duke right now, an extraordinarily talented team that finally has hit its stride the past few weeks, reeling off five straight wins and four consecutive covers. Each of the past three victories has come against a tough, defensive-minded foe, and each has come by double-digit margins. There have been three keys to the Blue Devils' resurgence: They're dominating the glass, draining 3-pointers and sinking free throws. In other words, they're big -- Jabari Parker and Amile Jefferson are cleaning up the glass -- and point guard Quinn Cook is getting the ball into his shooters' hands in locations where they are comfortable making shots.
