CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Al Horford and DeMarre Carroll scored 20 points each to help the Atlanta Hawks match a franchise record with their 57th win, beating the Brooklyn Nets 131-99 on Saturday night.
However, the Hawks lost forward Paul Millsap to a right shoulder injury in a collision with Brooklyn's Earl Clark with 1:52 left in the first half. There was no foul called on the play which left Millsap sprawled on the floor. He grimaced as he held his shoulder while walking off the court, finishing with eight points and five assists.
Jeff Teague added had 17 points as Atlanta never trailed while ending the Nets' season-best six-game winning streak. The Hawks looked fresh after three off days. The Nets, coming off Friday night's win over Toronto, couldn't match the Hawks' energy.
Bojan Bogdanovic led Brooklyn with 19 points.
PISTONS 99, HEAT 98
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Reggie Jackson scored 15 of his 29 points in the fourth quarter, including the winning layup with 5 seconds remaining.
Andre Drummond had 11 points and 17 rebounds for his 44th double-double, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 19 points and Anthony Tolliver added 15 for the Pistons. Detroit rallied from 15 down in the fourth and closed with a 21-6 run over the final 5:36 to get the win.
Dwyane Wade scored 24 points and Goran Dragic had 21 for the Heat. Luol Deng added 13 points and Hassan Whiteside had 13 points and 12 rebounds. Miami shot 48 percent from the field, led by Wade's 11-for-18 effort.
WIZARDS 92, GRIZZLIES 83
MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Bradley Beal scored 20, John Wall had 18 points and 14 assists for the Wizards.
Drew Gooden added 16 for Washington, connecting on 6 of 10 shots, including 3 of 5 from outside the arc. Rasual Butler added 10 for the Wizards, who won their third straight.
Marc Gasol led Memphis with 18 points, while Mike Conley scored 14 points -- the only two Grizzlies in double figures.
The loss dropped Memphis into the third spot in the Western Conference playoff standings -- a half-game behind idle Houston.
CELTICS 117, RAPTORS 116, OT
TORONTO -- Marcus Smart hit a buzzer-beating layup in overtime to send the Boston Celtics over the Toronto Raptors.
With 2.6 seconds left and Boston trailing by one, Smart took a pass from a driving Isaiah Thomas and sneaked behind the collapsing Toronto defense to score the winning basket, silencing the sellout crowd of 19,800.
Thomas scored 25 points, Tyler Zeller had 20 and Evan Turner added 18 points and 10 assists for the Celtics, who moved one-half game ahead of Miami in the race for the final Eastern Conference playoff berth after the Heat lost 99-98 at Detroit.
The Raptors led 116-115 on a 3 by Lou Williams with 4 seconds left, but couldn't hold on for the win. DeMar DeRozan scored 18 of his 38 points in the fourth quarter and overtime, while Williams finished with 27.
HORNETS 92, 76ERS 91
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Gerald Henderson's driving layup with 6 seconds left lifted the Charlotte Hornets to the win.
Kemba Walker had 24 points and Mo Williams added 18 as the Hornets won despite playing without three starters, including center Al Jefferson.
Henderson struggled all night, missing 10 of his first 12 shots. But with the game on the line, he took an inbounds pass from midcourt, drove past Ish Smith and put up a right-handed layup over the leaping Furkan Aldemir for the lead.
Smith had a chance to win it for the 76ers, but his driving left-handed layup at the buzzer was too strong.
MAGIC 97, BUCKS 90
MILWAUKEE -- Tobias Harris had 23 points and 10 rebounds and Nikola Vucevic scored 20 points for the Orlando Magic.
Victor Oladipo added 15 points to help Orlando get its second road win in two nights after losing 12 straight away from home. Harris made a career-best five 3-pointers on nine attempts.
Ersan Ilyasova scored 18 points and Khris Middleton added 15 for Milwaukee. Point guard Michael Carter-Williams had 10 rebounds and nine assists.
