Tom Penn: In my opinion, there is no more fun team to watch than the Golden State Warriors. The Western Conference is a beast, and yet they're rolling. How sustainable is this excellence?

If we're the Warriors' front office, we're sitting there probably thinking: "The last thing we want to do is rock the boat for the sake of rocking the boat." But, really, how good are we? Let's identify what's right, what's flourishing and how sustainable that is. Tell me how they're humming along the way they are? First, assess: Why are we great? And then whether it's championship great.
