Warriors, Rockets both without starting centers

NBA, Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Golden State's Andrew Bogut and Houston's Dwight Howard are both out for Wednesday night's game between the Western Conference leaders because of injuries.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Bogut is still bothered by right knee tendinitis and Festus Ezeli will start at center. Kerr expects Bogut to return for Saturday's game at Dallas.

Howard will miss his 10th straight game with a strained right knee. He will not play Thursday at Sacramento but hopes to return Saturday at home against Denver.

Tarik Black will start at center for Howard.

Rockets guard James Harden is expected to play against Golden State. He had been questionable with back spasms.
