With opening night upon us, and the Spurs about to receive their championship rings, we've taken a fresh look at how both conference races will finish in the 2014-15 regular season. In the West, there's been a major shake-up up top since our Summer Forecast in August. The Spurs and Clippers have moved ahead of the Thunder after Kevin Durant went down with a foot injury in preseason. Meanwhile, the Warriors have jumped to the fourth seed.
