The Magic need to pull the trigger, and soon. The longer this drags out the worse it will get, and at this point I think its inevitable Dwight becomes a laker, so they need to get the third team and make it happen OR lose him for nothing 330 Days ago

Orlando will not find a ready all star 7footer like Bynum , and I think Orlando is making a short story long
Like they say a bird in a hand better than 10 on a tree , and for you Orlando take waits on the table and will all be happy 330 Days ago

I can't understand why the Lakers would go all out to get the number one C in the league when they already have the number 2 C in the league and who happens to have more upside than Howard. If the guy can sort out his attitude problems and mature a little bit (which will come naturally with age) he'll become a great, old school style center and perhaps even overtake Howard as the best in the league. Just keep him and forget about Howard............ 331 Days ago

my thoughts exactly... Look at everything Howard has done to the Magic just in 1 season. the dude is poison. 331 Days ago
THE REAL SASHA VUYACIC
Mark Stein reports all parties have come to an agreement; Dwight Howard has agreed to sign a long term contract with the Lakers; Andrew Bynum has agreed to sign a long term contract with the Cavaliers and the Magics are getting Draft picks; etc.

Let's be honest, Howard's talent may place him in the top three players league wide. However, his antics, childishness, and lack of a professional approach to the business of the game makes him a toxic asset. Sure, he could win a ring in LA, but LA could bring in a few pieces right now that could be great fits without needing to take on the monster (in so many ways).
Sure he isn't one to get in trouble off the court, and that is great. But, the boiled down term would be: shady. He is a shady character.
To me, Howard seems like a kid, a fool, and a shady one at that. What is the point in trying to work with someone so mercurial? 331 Days ago

Lakers don't need him... you have Bynum and Gasol...and Sacre can give you 6 hard fouls on defense, while the perimeter eats up the outside and B & G get rest...I'm the smartest guy in town 331 Days ago

Teams should talk to Bynum.
Translation: I will only except a max contract and I'm not going to play with scrubs. 331 Days ago

Why is LA being so foolish? Stay away from the costs of Howard. He's just going to bolt to Brooklyn when his time is up... 331 Days ago
