NEW YORK -- The Yankees reached one-year agreements with their three remaining players in arbitration, settling with pitchers Nathan Eovaldi for $3.3 million, Michael Pineda for $2.1 million and David Carpenter for $1,275,000. The agreements Friday followed a $3.3 million, one-year deal Wednesday with Ivan Nova, who is recovering from Tommy John surgery and expected to rejoin the starting rotation by June. Pineda was 5-5 with a 1.89 ERA in 13 starts in his return from shoulder surgery that sidelined him for two seasons. He was out because of an injured shoulder muscle from late April until mid-August. Eovaldi, acquired from Miami last month, was 6-14 with a 4.37 ERA in 199 2-3 innings last season. Carpenter, obtained from Atlanta on New Year's Day, was 6-4 with three saves and a 3.54 ERA in 65 games. All three were eligible for arbitration for the first time. Pineda made $538,475 last year, Eovaldi $517,000 and Carpenter $532,500.
