Nov 2: The Yankees have replaced Cabrera (hamstring) on the World Series roster with Ramiro Pena, the team's official site reports. A tough break for Cabrera, who won't get to play out a potential World Series championship, but the good news is that his injury is a slight strain and not a full tear as was originally feared. Had it happened in the regular season, he likely would have missed a couple of weeks, but the full offseason will give him more than enough time to recover. Brett Gardner will start in center field.
