Clemens took steroids. Bonds took steroids. Sosa took steroids. Palmeiro took steroids. The government should stay out of it, just like all of these cheaters should stay out of record books and the Hall of Fame!!

The president ( also known as the BIG TERD ) of all lawyers / attorneys / solicitors { also known as the little turds } is going to pass a law that will make the viewing of programs such as Matlock, Perry Mason, L.A.Law etc. mandatory with questions about those programs on the final exam. To quote the BIG TERD " There are a few little turds out there that make the turds of the O.J.trial look like geniuses."

This whole thing is ridiculous and borders on a witch hunt. Why the hell does the government care about steroid use in baseball? Why can't baseball simply police itself? Why is it a crime? Why are we spending valuable taxpayer dollars on this nonsense? Give it up!

If you want justice, one would amass several people with commonsense from a varity of backgrounds. Have them listen to all evidence, testimony and reach a majority decision. If you want a legal decision, replace commonsense with lawyers & tax payers $, have a judge decide what evedince / testimony may or may not be listened to, plug your nose and accept what is given.

If this gets thrown out again, it will be hard for the prosecutors to justify another trial, oh wait all they have to do is explain that the very foundation of the worlds greatest judical system is based on the fact that if you lie ( about anything ) under oath the govt. will do what ever it takes at what ever the cost to expose your lie and punish you with either a lengthy jail sentence or a slap on the wrist.

A total joke. Just stop the trial, save the money, and make sure either of the jerks don't get a single HOF vote.

For those of you who say yes it is possible he forgot or does not remember because it was 12 years ago are just fooling yourselves. There are degree of things will will always remember. Like a date a loved one passed away. Or the year you graduated high school or college. There are plenty examples. If your best fiend even 20 years ago told you he experimented with a drugs, wouldn't that be a conversation that you will always remember? It's not like forgetting what you had for breakfast 12 years ago. What a sorry analogy that was, that someone left on here. Pettitte is doing nothing more then trying to save Clemens butt which is not worth it anyways because Clemens will always be tarnished in the eyes of baseball, which is all that really matters

What a joke. This isn't something that someone would be cloudy on. He either told you he was using illegal drugs, or he didn't. If he did, you would remember it. Petite is just trying to get his friend off.

What a waste of money. Clemens is on trial not for doing steroids, but for lying to Congress. CONGRESS, the US Government, the same people that lie to each other and the American people that elected them all day long. This trial has probably cost the tax payers $50,000,000.00 dollars, and just to prove a point. There is no accountability with politicians. We are $15,000,000,000.00 in debt to China, yet the US Government is still wasting millions of dollars hourly and doing absolutely nothing about it. What a joke. Charlie Rangel lied to congress, he cheated on his taxes, abused his powers as a congressman, and he got censured, they sent him an "Official" letter saying that you did bad Charlie (haha).
