OAKMONT, Pa. -- Henrik Stenson did not return Saturday for the completion of the second round at Oakmont, citing "minor neck and knee issues" for withdrawing from the U.S. Open.
Minor neck and knee issues, nothing Major! Hope to be back in action next week! H

His score might have had something to do with his pain as well.
Stenson, ranked seventh in the world, was 10 over par through 34 holes of the U.S. Open. He had the 17th and 18th holes to still play but did not show, leaving Phil Mickelson and Justin Rose to go alone.
The Swede lives in Orlando, Florida, and has four PGA Tour victories, including the 2013 Tour Championship.
