Fantasy notes on all Week 12 teams

ESPN Insider has planted spies in every NFL locker room -- OK, so they're our 32 NFL Nation team reporters -- in order to provide fantasy owners with inside intel to help you win your league. We call it Insider Trading, a collection of fantasy lineup advice pulled straight from the locker rooms and practice fields of every team.

Our Week 12 edition will help owners set their lineups in all formats by bringing you key Insider info, such as why heavy workloads are in store for C.J. Anderson, Percy Harvin, Eric Decker, Vernon Davis and Rashad Jennings, why Coby Fleener and Steve Smith are sleepers and what to expect from Ben Tate in Minnesota and Josh Gordon in his season debut.

Check back every week for info that will help you set your lineups. In the meantime, here is our NFL Nation reporters' fantasy advice, covering every team (The Steelers and Panthers are off this week).

Seahawks: Baldwin is a quality bargain this week
The Seattle wide receivers haven't done much this season, but Doug Baldwin may come through this week for fantasy teams. The Arizona Cardinals are 29th in passing yards allowed, Baldwin has 28 receptions in the five games since Percy Harvin was traded and Baldwin is the only receiver with a TD catch (two, including one last week) in the past six games. He should be a bargain in salary-cap leagues. -- Terry Blount

Rams: Britt could have a strong finish
