Fantasy notes on all Week 9 teams

ESPN Insider has planted spies in every NFL locker room -- OK, so they're our 32 NFL Nation team reporters -- in order to provide fantasy owners with inside intel to help you win your league. We call it Insider Trading, a collection of fantasy lineup advice pulled straight from the locker rooms and practice fields of every team.

Our Week 9 edition will help owners set their lineups in all formats by bringing you key Insider buzz on rookies Marqise Lee, Paul Richardson, John Brown and Jordan Matthews, plus why Robert Griffin III's return may not help Pierre Garcon and why Tony Romo's potential absence could actually help Jason Witten.

Check back every week for info that will help you set your lineups. In the meantime, here is our NFL Nation reporters' fantasy advice, covering every team playing in Week 9 -- so teams on a bye are not covered (and thus some divisions below will appear to be missing team write-ups).

Seattle Seahawks: Rookie WRs are stepping up
It's becoming increasingly obvious that rookie receivers Paul Richardson and Kevin Norwood are going to be a bigger part of the Seattle offense, and it's only a matter of time until Richardson beats someone deep for a TD. Russell Wilson took one deep shot to Richardson last week that failed, but the Raiders could be the first team that finds out the hard way just how fast Richardson really is. "We feel very confident in those kids," said coach Pete Carroll. "They've really earned it [playing time] by the way they work. They've really done a great job, so it's a big positive for us." Richardson could be a sneaky plug-in if you have bye-week issues. -- Terry Blount
