Long-term pickups for Week 5

With six teams on a bye in Week 4, many of your fantasy rosters had to rely upon their benches. Well, that isn't going to change any time soon, as more injuries hit the fantasy world and the bye weeks will continue through Week 12. Although only the Miami Dolphins and Oakland Raiders are off next week, those fantasy owners who aren't consistently updating their rosters will get passed by as the season progresses, as we are now in the time of the season where the great active owners rise to the top.

We also can't overlook that quarterbacks Teddy Bridgewater, Blake Bortles and Mike Glennon all showed very well as new starting quarterbacks for their respective clubs, which is encouraging for the fantasy landscape as a whole.
