We call it Insider Trading, a collection of fantasy lineup advice pulled straight from the locker rooms and practice fields of every team.

This Week 3 edition will help owners set their lineups in all formats by providing important Insider info, including a look at risky fantasy plays like Rashad Jennings and Alfred Morris, and sleepers such as Davante Adams and Santonio Holmes.

Check back every week for info that will help you set your lineups. Here is our NFL Nation reporters' fantasy advice for Week 3, covering every team.

Seattle Seahawks: Saddle up Beast Mode
If ever there was a week to bank on Beast Mode, surely this is it. Marshawn Lynch had only six carries in the loss at San Diego, and the coaches have repeatedly said this week that they have to get the ball in Lynch's hands against the Broncos. Denver gave up 133 rushing yards last week against Kansas City, largely to the Chiefs' backups after Jamaal Charles got hurt. That makes Lynch a particularly tantalizing fantasy option this week. -- Terry Blount
