FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- The Jets are impressed with Colts rookie QB Andrew Luck. Who isn't? "He's one of those rare (quarterbacks) -- Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, those types that only come along every so often," defensive coordinator Mike Pettine said Thursday. "You can just tell, he's a gym rat. He's...

Haven't see a Tebow package yet, maybe a Tebow Down here and there Ryan and Sparanos tctical leadership would get people killed in combat.

Numbers never lie! Stats are always a lot of fun. So here's a stat line for you. The stats for the greatest quarterback to come out of college since who knows when, Andrew luck, who took over a team that went an inept 7 - 18 in its last 25 games before he was named starter of the Colts Rushing 16 for 101 yards and 1 td, Passing 177 attempts with 96 completions for 1208 yards resulting in 7 tds and 5 ints In the 4 games he played to achieve his 177 attempts he would win 2 and lose 2. YAY!!!! Just for fun lets compare the greatest quarterback to come out of college in his first 177 attempts to another quarterback that we all know in his first 177 attempts and see how they stack up. Rushing 87 attempts for 470 yards and 2 tds Passing In 177 attempts he completed 83 for 1118 yards with 9 for tds and 2 interceptions This quarterback took over a team that had gone a ridiculous 4 - 21 in its last 25 games before he was named starter. In the games played to achieve his 177 attempts his team went 7 - 1. You name the second quarterback!!!!!! These are the facts and they are unavoidable.

We got some real bitter haters out here today. Continue your idolatry of Ryan and Sparano and Sanchez all the way to 4-12 play Tebow at least you have a chance.

You have no concept of reality. Do you realize that 1-4 team also closed the season on a 1-4 stretch? But yes, all he does is win. Unless he loses.

Ugh what is everyone's obsession with Tebow?

Tebowites blames the Patriot losses on the D. Never mind that he was constantly going 3-and-out. All the wins, though, were solely because of Tebow. No mention of the defense keeping them in those games through the first 55 minutes while he sucked so the "Tebow magic" could occur.

Or the fact that when he played the Pats last year he was beat 86-33. I don't think the Tebow freaks realize we gotta play that team at least twice a year.

Notice the next 5 games where Tebow only won once is totally avoided? Tebowites actually believe that he is as good as Luck. How pathetic is that?

The further and further the jets get from Manginis team the more and more Rex's Back to Back AFC title games look like a joke. those two teams that went too those games were still 90% manginis guys.... Revis and Harris the two best guys on Rex's defense were drafted by mangini. Even though Rex is some sort of defensive Guru... Last time I checked there was another D-Guru out of Baltimore that has had great success for the Bengals so far. Ray Lewis and Co., sure can make D-Coordinators look great! Jets should have Packaged that waste of a pick they used on Tebow, who they are grossly misusing and packaged into a deal to get Trent Richardson so they could maybe Ground and pound this season.

Luck is a special player, can't compare Sanchez to luck. Sanchez will never be a top QB and he was a stretch at #5 should have fell in the draft but the jets always want to make a splash.

Funny. No one said those things about Mark Sanchez either in college or his first FOUR seasons as a pro. He's trying hawd though, so he'll get there one sunny day. NOT.

Cause teh only thing he reminds people of is the trash on pickup day, stinky and ready to be dumped out. Too bad Woody and Rex haven't realized that he is a bacteria on the team and the temporary cure is McCelroy/Tebow

Luck reminds Jets of Brady and Manning Ryan and Sparano remind Jets fans of Curly and Moe Howard in character I guess that makes "Tanny" Larry fine but I really thought the Three Stooges knew what they were doing. It was show business and entertainment, watching the Jets coaches and how they function, lost and clueless
