Now when the Jets get screwed they will be familiar with the guy who did it. Better to be screwed by a known quantity than an unfamiliar one I guess.

No impact at all except for the division game with Miami where Rex challenged a third down completion that was botched.

Agreed 100%. That call costed the Jets a TD essentially (instead of 3rd and long at the 35), it was 1st and goal. It could have easily cost them the game.
