Reading the coverage of the Tennessee Titans:

If there has ever been a team that should go on a free-agent spending spree, the Titans are it, says David Climer of The Tennessean. “Now I'm not encouraging them to throw money at their problems just for the sake of appeasing a victory-starved fan base. But there are some difference-makers in this free agency class. And the Titans desperately need that.”
