We may be bad, but the Texans are a beatable team and a win over them pulls us even with them in second place in the AFC South. We’d both have 3-5 records. We know that’s not satisfactory. We also know it’s the best we can be eight games in and so we need to bust it to get there. It’s time to talk less about the process we’re undergoing to change the culture and the results and time to actually show that something has changed. We moved on from quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick because he throws too many interceptions and our coach preferred Charlie Whitehurst as the veteran backup. We know it won’t say much for us if we now go out and lose to a team quarterbacked by Fitzpatrick.
