TAMPA, Fla. -- Buccaneers rookie quarterback Jameis Winston didn’t have a great game in Saturday night’s preseason loss to Cleveland.

But Winston wasn’t down on himself Monday. He said there are lessons to be taken from that game that will carry over into the regular season.

“I feel good because we got so much stuff from that film that we can learn on, especially the blitz pickups,’’ Winston said. “We can take at least five plays from that game that we can transfer and help us out for the rest of the season.’’

Winston completed 6-of-15 passes for 90 yards with an interception against the Browns. He also was sacked four times as Cleveland brought lots of blitzes. Offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter said he expects Tennessee’s defense to take a similar approach with blitzes in the regular-season opener.

Winston said he welcomes the pressure.

“Absolutely,’’ Winston said. “That’s why we go back to this last game. There are so many things we can learn from that. It’s kind of a common thing. When you have a rookie quarterback, you’re going to see a lot of pressure. I definitely accept that challenge and the guys are with me too. When we look back on that film, we saw what we’re going to see during the season.’’

Winston said his expectations for the regular season haven’t been dampened by a rocky preseason.

“My dreams are to the ceiling,’’ Winston said. “I believe my dreams have no ceiling. That’s just me as a person, and that’s how I kind of push my leadership on the other guys, trying to get them to dream big. We want a lot. But to get to a lot, we’ve got to get crumbs. We’ve got to go little by little by little and, hopefully, get to that point.’’
