Bears troll St. Louis football fans after Blues eliminate Blackhawks

St. Louis said goodbye to the Rams in January as its football team was approved to move back to Los Angeles. For a city in need of some positive sports news, Monday night's Game 7 victory for the St. Louis Blues against the Chicago Blackhawks didn't come a moment too soon.

Not long after the Blues' 3-2 triumph, the Chicago Cubs reached out to the local hockey team on Twitter to tell them to hang in there and that they would look to avenge their loss on the baseball diamond against the Cardinals.

Then, well, the Chicago Bears decided to get involved, offering a painful reminder to St. Louis sports fans.

Of course, not much could ruin the Blues' fans enthusiasm, even mention of their former football franchise, as they now move on to face the Dallas Stars in the Western Conference semifinals. That series is to begin on Thursday or Friday.
