'Game of the Century' produces 45 NFL draftees

When Alabama and LSU clashed in what was dubbed the "Game of the Century" in November 2011, it was evident that each team was talented. That proved true over the last several NFL drafts as player after player from each of those teams was chosen by pro teams, concluding with this year's draft, when the last remaining players from that game were drafted: Alabama's Jalston Fowler and Xzavier Dickson and LSU running back Kenny Hilliard.

CBSSports.com reported that 45 total players from that 2011 meeting between the SEC foes have been drafted. Of the 22 defensive players who started that game for Alabama and LSU, a whopping 16 were drafted. Nine players from the teams were first-round picks.
