Russell Wilson shows off bulked-up arms in Instagram workout photos

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson continues to spend his time in Los Angeles, working out and preparing for the start of training camp.

He recently posted a photo showing off his bulked-up upper body that created a buzz among Wilson's followers.

Wilson's trainer, Ryan Flaherty, told ESPN.com earlier this offseason that the quarterback had shifted his focus to injury prevention this year.

"You cannot keep training like you did when you were 21 and 22 years old," Flaherty said. "A lot of people don’t understand that. But you also can’t do the reverse, which is not train. And so, at that age is where I really start to shift the training to where it’s a majority focus on corrective exercises and fixing imbalances. Injuries occur in the body when there’s imbalances."

A lot of the work has focused on Wilson's legs and core, but clearly he has not ignored his upper body.

Wilson has been extremely durable over the years, having not missed a game or practice in four seasons with the Seattle Seahawks.
